Applicants must meet the following age requirements when applying for scheduled courses:

  • 16 years and over: Eligible to apply independently.
  • 14–15 years: May apply, however a Consent Form signed by a parent or legal guardian must be submitted together with the application.
  • Under 14 years: May apply only if a parent or legal guardian is enrolled in the same course and accepts full responsibility for the participant throughout the course duration.
